My son is a patient here. His father lives in Maine and i am in Florida. I do not always have as much access to be at the appointment as i would like. I was able to call and left a voicemail. I received a return call the same day; just an hour or two later from the office manager. She was a very bright, lovely and kind woman. She was able to answer all of my questions in a very honest, detailed way. She made me feel very confident in the care my son is receiving at this practice. I am positive, whatever they are paying her is not enough. The office manager definitely deserves a raise.
After getting no sleep last night and staying up crying all night with massive tooth aches in my two lower molars Leandro Choe of Waterville family dentistry and Timothy Kim of apex Endodontics were an absolute dream team (along with their great hygienists and front desk employees of course!) I walked in at 7:30 am crying like a baby, they squeezed me in at WFD and then Dr. Choe himself got me in for a same day root canal appointment with Dr. Kim across town! I must say I am super impressed with the entire process and concern they had for my pain. As a pharmacist I will 💯 be recommending them to my patients. Thank you for all you do!! There is NOTHING like dental pain! I’d rather have 3 more kids!!
