Great pace of work. My son and friend always enjoy... we have seen definitive gains and progress. Dorian is a pleasure to work with! Keeps the mix of exercises fresh and varied with attention to each members goals. Knew this would be a good thing for our son, way exceeds our expectations! Highly recommend!
