My parents chose their resting place in the 80’s. As time went on, the area deteriorated and I told them my concerns for my safety. I told them that I would pay all expenses to move to another cemetery. They agreed! While they were still alive we chose Highland Memory Gardens, but didn’t commit right away. My mom passed unexpectedly in 2014 and dad and the family had to quickly make arrangements. Amy was so pleasant, helpful and informative. She explained all of our options with no pressure and made our decisions easier to make. I have been very pleased during this awful and difficult time in my life. Adam made our decisions much easier and less complicated. I haven't met the grounds keeper yet but I imagine I won't be disappointed. A huge Thank you for helping me and my kids during one of the worst times in our lives.
We did a visit your dead tour this summer. The staff were so helpful in finding our grandparents and rectifying the fact that the memorial plaques had never been ordered. They checked the records saw they were paid for, they ordered them and had them installed. They even sent a follow-up picture showing the placement of the plaques.
