The technicians' name escapes me...I'm sorry. But the gentleman showed up on the time he said he would. He was dressed well...clean and pressed shirt...very professional looking. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He replaced my kitchen faucet in a very timely manner. I thought he was going to his truck for something...here he was finished. Overall...my impression of him was 5 star. I have used Mr. Rooter before for various things. I've always received great service. I will continue to use them as any needs arise. Thank you for your great service.

I am very pleased with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Josh our technician was very polite and professional. He explained the drainage issues and the problems he encountered. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter Plumbing in the future as needed.
