We were really disappointed in the professionalism of HBS. While we were out walking the available lots, my husband asked the owner, Mike, if he could send us the contract for review. My husband mentioned in advance that he is an attorney and because Mike's attorney will have likely written the contract in HBS' favor, we will likely want to negotiate the terms. Mike told us that we could sit down with his lawyer to discuss the contract if needed.
