I had my first appointment with WCH Dental yesterday and I was definitely pleased! Let me preface all of this by saying that I am a recovered addict with horrible teeth (knowing they need to be pulled and dentures to be had), I have Medicaid (Care source), and experienced quite of bit of anxiety prior to visiting them. When I made the appointment, I spoke with Joey and he was absolutely kind and understanding of my situation, and reassuring me that I wouldn't face any judgement in their care. Always super fast and friendly while maintaining that personal touch. Ashton is wonderful! Super sweet and always makes my children comfortable during their visits, she even lets them choose their own flavors and what they want to watch on YouTube.

I was (and am) blown away by them. I went just yesterday and had 3 teeth taken out that I was previously told by two separate dentists would need to be removed surgically. First and foremost, they accepted my insurance, which has been a big issue in even getting seen for my teeth. Besides that, when I got there, Melissa (the hygienist) and Dr. Taylor listened to me when I explained that if the teeth could come out, I needed them out, and that the pain had become unbearable. They were patient, kind, welcoming, professional without being cold, and friendly. They treated me like a person with a painful, nerve-wracking problem that they could help with and they really helped....read full review
