Sam was prompt in his arrival and thoroughly inspected both the chimney and the small side-cooking area next to it. We needed a chimney inspection for our house. He was really informed and gave me a lot of advice on how our chimney operates and what to be concerned about. He was a true sweetheart and responded to all of my inquiries. Even though he was only present for the inspection, he assisted us in installing a safety clamp on our gas chimney. Fantastic experience, five out of five.
We needed a chimney inspection for our home, Sam arrived on time and time and did a very thorough job checking the chimney as well as the small side-cooking area adjacent to the chimney. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about how our chimney works and what to worry/not worry about. He answered all my questions and was an absolute sweetheart. He even helped us install a safety clamp on our gas chimney despite only being there for the inspection. Great experience, 5/5.
We had to have a roof-up chimney rebuild done in our home we just bought, after an inspection they offered us a great reasonable price, they were really great to work with. The whole job was done smoothly and impressively. Which really exceeded our expectation. For that thank you very much. We'll definitely recommend you to our close friends!
