I go to this location specifically because there are black stylists who are comfortable with doing all hair types. I've been to other clips locations and upon seeing a black woman come into a white franchise they pretend they're busy and I'd have to schedule another time when I just want a quick walk in appt. White stylists need to be more comfortable in saying they don't have experience or don't feel comfortable with black (ethnic) hair because I'd rather hear that, than be given the run around.
My experience was great. I was a walk-in and was told if would be about 20min which was fine. Stephanie cut 5in off my hair and did a great job and we had a great conversation. Will definitely be back.
I was in and out so fast for a basic hair cut. Nothing fancy. But the stylist did a nice job and I didn’t have to wait hours to be seen. I like the check in before you go feature too, it’s very convenient.
