She went above and beyond to make sure I received a significant sale discount on a straightening iron when the discount wasn't showing online or in my app. She personally called Customer Service for me and, when that did not resolve it, told me to come back and she would find a way to take care of it -- and she absolutely did! This is a wonderful store. The staff is helpful. Their beauty shop is clean. My favorite beautician is Olivia. The prices are reasonable. My only complaint and concern about this store is that their handicapped parking is in the second row, not the first row in front of the store
