I want to thank and compliment Chris Waddell for coming to check my AC that had stopped cooling on one of the hottest days we've had recently. It was after hours, and he still had 2 more appointments, so he said he would not be able to make it to my house. In spite of this, he told me that if, by chance, he finished early, he would try to come. About an hour later he called me back to tell me he was on his way even though he was not that close to my house. Chris could not have been nicer or more professional, but fortunately for me, by the time he arrived, my AC had just started working again. We had purchased a AC unit for our home 3 years ago. I contacted service because it was not working. They came out the same day and it was not the unit but a switch on my furnace. Very reasonably priced service call and excellent service, thank you to all and especially Tami at the office and Joe the service tech! Angelo (Semper Fi)
