SERVPRO Team Dobson was called in for a backup situation in my basement. Every team member I encountered was very polite and professional, but Don was exceptional. I had called SERVPRO back for some issues that had been missed, and they were print in sending Don to take care of them. I felt comfortable knowing the basement was clean and safe with the extra cleanup and disinfecting that he did. And he cleaned up the mess! Don deserves five stars!
Every person that we have dealt with during this very stressful time of basement flooding due to sump pump failure (power outage) has been AMAZING!!! They have made a nightmare so much easier to handle. They are fast, efficient and fair! I cannot say enough good things about Bob, Rich, Shawn, Katelyn and their teams. I certainly hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do there is only one company I will call and that is ServPro. Again, thank you from my entire family for everything you do!!!!
I do not recommend Servpro!!!!Servpro fell very short on fixing a friends water damage house and also didn’t do some of the things they got paid to do and left his house a mess! Left worse than before they started and he was told the job was done just not up to his standards! Well I can tell you I wouldn’t let my dog live in his house how Servpro left it! Very sad a company can get away with this!
