Online scheduling was easy. When I got there the check in process was pretty quick and they didn't ask for a bunch of unnecessary information that some Dr offices ask for (drivers license, employer contact info, etc). I was taken back to a room and seen by practitioners within 30 minutes of my appointment time, not bad! The practioner and assistants were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained everything to me in layman's terms and asked me several times if I still had any questions. They immediately electronically sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy, and even emailed me the visit notes. Very impressed, as both a patient and as another healthcare provider.

All staff were kind, patient and informative. The facility was clean and well maintained. I felt listened to and they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will absolutely use this facility again and recommend it to others.

Full disclosure, we are a vendor for QM, but we didn’t tell staff that as we wanted to be treated like any other patients. That said, it’s the first time we made it in as patients today, not too terrible considering first location opened nearly 5 years ago. Anyways, staff is super nice and provider is very friendly and easy to understand and she spend enough time where we didn’t feel rushed. Highly recommended for all your urgent care needs.
