QUICKmed Urgent Care is a convenient and caring establishment. Staff and providers are pleasant and helpful, taking the time to explain courses of action and prescribe appropriate medication. Patients are seen efficiently, with minimal wait times, and receive prompt treatment. The center is notable for not questioning symptoms unnecessarily, and staff are willing to adjust treatment plans if necessary. Overall, QUICKmed Urgent Care is a great place for care, with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Tuesday night, I started having pain behind my right ear, not constant, but almost like a throbbing, comes and goes pain. Weird. Wednesday, I called my doctor's office and they were slammed packed, so I went to the new QuikMed on Elm Rd to get it checked out. I've got to say, as far as urgent care goes, this was probably the best experience I've ever had with any urgent care. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a diagnosis and antibiotics. We will definitely use them again.
it was very clean and very friendly people got me in in a timely manner not too bad highly recommended
