What impressed me most was his office; he uses the absolute latest diagnostic technology and eye exam tools, which gave me great confidence in his care. If you are looking for an ophthalmologist who combines cutting-edge equipment with a truly warm and caring personality, It is rare to find such high-tech care delivered with such a personal touch. “I drove to Ohio from Florida and on the way my glasses broke and the lens fell out. They had never fit correctly and hurt my one ear every day. I called Ben Franklins Vision Center because it was near my daughter's home. Normally they don't repair glasses that they did not make or fill the prescription of, but as I explained my situation Charles who is the optician said if you bring them down I'll take a look at them and I'll see what I can do. He not only was able to repair the one lens that fell out but the other lens was also improperly installed which was causing the frame to tilt thus being the reason why my glasses never fit correctly and why they always looked slanted on my face. The repair only took a few minutes. Charles was polite and considerate and the fee was extremely more reasonable than I would have ever expected. If I needed to get new glasses today I would have made an appointment, had an eye exam and absolutely gotten my glasses there. Thank you so much Charles.“
