This place made me feel like I got my groove back? Everyone is so respectful and kind. I felt like I had been going there for a very long time but it was only my first visit. Meeka hooked my hair up. She took her time, was thorough, and made sure she kept me involved as she went about my hair. I definitely will be going back. Made sure I made my appointment before I left Lol

I am so pleased with my new shower from Bath Planet installed by Joyce Factory Direct. Dave did my initial installation, which was great. He also did a great job of cleaning up after the install. I have some disabilities and they ask me about placement of grab bars and my Moen teak fold down seat. I really appreciate that they consulted with me on what my needs were.
