I was in a terrable car accident jan. 29. I was taken to trumble regional hospital. I was there for four days. The staff was so amazing. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I fractured my neck and back in the accident. I technically shouldn't of been able to get up and walk out of the hospital. Everyone was so supportive and I felt loved. I felt as if I was with family. The level of care was top tier. The food wasn't the best. I would suggest more fresh fruits and veggies. I still ate it though because I am grateful someone came to work and prepared food for me to eat. I'm understanding you have new ownership. nurses weren’t very nice and weren’t very helpful either especially to someone young (i am 15 years old) lady did a terrible job on gluing my open wound together. It’s the next day and my wound is bleeding again they also have no instructions on when the glue will wear off or what to do after
Short wait time and the staff were all friendly. I felt like my health was being taken seriously instead of being brushed off. My only complaint is the long wait time that occurs when you press the call button, it seemed like it took forever for someone to come even with a bunch of people passing back and forth. Other than that though, I was very pleased with my care today. The Dr was great too.
