Dr helwig has always been professional, gives a thorough exam - my husband’s eye doctor is supposed to be amazing and is not as thorough as dr. Helwig- and has helped me with really strange eye symptoms. Most of the staff comes off impersonal , a bit cool. I never waited more than 15-20 minutes. I don’t buy my glasses at their store as the prices are too high for me . I’ve been going there for about 10 years, and , at this time, will continue.
