After 3 hours of driving around Trumbull County trying to find a Champion RC12YC (2 actually), and an oil filter for a Vanguard engine, it seems like the big chain retailers' inventory is lost in a harbor somewhere. However, Do-Cut had the plugs at a very reasonable price, and their price on the filter was the best in the County. I couldn't have done better on Amazon. Thank you Do-Cut for being THE SOURCE for lawn/garden/Briggs & Stratton parts! Next time this will be my first stop.
I just bought a Toro push mower. When i went in looking, I talked to Lisa and she explained the difference between the two mowers that I was looking at. I went to make the purchase and I got declined by the same bank I have other accounts with. So, I went home called the bank and they said I would have to wait 7-10 days for a reply. So now I'm pissed because all my payments on my accounts are up to date even paying more than the minimum, so I looked online with my "watch dog" on credit and it was all green. I got an e-mail from them to fill out an application from a bank that is well known and filled out the application and within a minute got approved with an open line of credit. The next day I went in and talked to Lisa and without saying a word she billed out mower and I could pick it up. I want to thank Lisa for trusting me, you get that to much this day and age.
Had to work around there schedule and was overly laid back about doing work. Would probably not recommend any one going here unless they were in a pinch, but even then call around not the first place I'd call. Even everyone I talked to in the community views them as pricy.
