Dr. Megan has been amazing with my standard LaMancha goats and has been providing on-farm check ups for two years. She is knowledgeable, communicates well, and is easy to work with, helping me manage my boys' progressive arthritis.
Countryside has streamlined their medication delivery service, and I am able to reorder meds and have them shipped directly to me, which is particularly helpful because I live an hour away from their facility. Brought my cat in due to him having some sort of reaction on his skin. This led him to not have fur in that area. Thankfully, they took good care of him and the antibiotics they gave him worked.
I’ve seen two doctors now (Dr. John Hajny & Dr. Bittner) and they are by far the best. First was a check up by Hajny and second time was a sick baby. My goat was sick and must have gotten into something. They went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on and what they gave him. Me being overly paranoid called the emergency number after hours and Dr Hajny called me back within 3 minutes at 9:30 at night. Super nice and again explained to me what was going on and calmed me down. Then spoke with Dr Bittner the next day and she gave me a recommendation and that did the trick.
