First of all Ben is a very professional and charismatic person. He is very honest if he runs into a problem he will stop the job and consult with you before he goes any further. I could not be any happier with him and the job he has done. I had many other people come out and look at the windows and either tell me they couldn't be done or their price was outrageous. He replaced 11 windows and framed out one door for us. The difference in the trailer is immense. The thermostat has been set on 69 and the trailer has been staying warm with no drafts, it's nice to not have it rain in the windows.
