We used Mr. Knack from Top End Property Inspections and he was diligent and a pleasure to do business with. Mr. Knack took his time, was thorough with his inspection and earned his extra two stars on this review by taking to time to explain to me, a person born out of state, what problems were in the area, what was up to code, and his general methodology. In the end Mr. Knack took 4 hours to look through a 4 bedroom house and found absolutely everything that needed to be worked on. I would absolutely use his services again.
