Brandy was so nice she took the time to help me and my daughter we got good information from her I really enjoy going to petco overall it's a great place to go to for pets and pets supplies

First, I will say that the majority of the employees here are very helpful and friendly. Most want to exchange pet stories, and I enjoy that. My beef is not with any employee, but more the management, both local and corporate. I purchased a scratching post there and paid $29.99 for it. When I went on line to buy a second one for my friend, they were $14.54!!! I paid double the price by buying it at the store from the same company??? I tried repeatedly to contact someone at corporate, but was completely ignored. Is this any way to run a business? My other complaint has to do with expired cat food on the shelves. I can understand maybe a few days. But it was July and there... read full review

Jordan did my pup's first puppy grooming ever. My Labradoodle is only 17 weeks old, and she did an amazing job with him. He smells good. He looks clean and nice, and even though I hardly recognize him because his curls are gone, I have to say that she must be an extraordinary groomer because that was his first groom ever and he did not freak out (according to Jordan). I know that groomers are a little bit apprehensive of Labradoodles and doodle mixes in general. And first grooms are always a challenge because the dog really doesn't know what's going on, but Jordan did amazing and she must've kept him really calm & quiet which cannot have been easy.... read full review
