We build custom homes at an extremely affordable price. We have bid homes against high volume, low cost national builders and BEAT their price with a lot more value for the dollar. There is not a custom builder in Ohio that can match that per square foot price. This allows you to get more for your budget, while still benefiting from our premium standard features listed below. We view a custom home as a home that the customer makes their unique selections. We offer a tremendous amount of amenities at a low per square foot price – i.e. Granite, Exterior Stone/Brick, 3 Car Oversized garage, Deluxe Custom Cabinets, Generous Tile and Wood Allowance.
