In addition to fixing the door knob we needed service with, Garrett found 2 sets of french doors that he adjusted so that they no longer stick. Since this job was completed within the 30 minutes allowed for a work call, we were not charged for the additional work. Garrett is one of the most competent work people we have ever met.
