Top notch customer service is what I experienced from the team at Dee’s! We recently had our water heater spaz out on us, Dee’s came as a high recommendation. I’m so happy that we decided to work with them. Their team was extremely knowledgeable, very supportive and made sure that we were taken care of. Within 5 hours of my initial call, we were back to normal with HOT water! You all definitely have long time customers in my family! ??

It was one of the coldest nights of December and I lost heat, I went online and seen that Dee's is open 24 hours. I called and Marc Franks arrived within 2 hours. Marc was very knowledgeable and understanding. Marc pin pointed the problem quickly and had the heat back on in less than an hour. I am so grateful for Dee's heating and Marc. Thank you so much you guys are awesome. Definitely a 5 star

We recently had a new furnace installed by Dee’s Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They were there within 45 minutes of my call for the initial evaluation. They walked me through all my options, helped me choose the right system for my home, and made sure I understood everything before the installation. I expected to have to wait several days for installation, especially with the recent snow and drop in temperatures, but they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning at 9am, on a weekend no less.
