It was one of the coldest nights of December and I lost heat, I went online and seen that Dee's is open 24 hours. I called and Marc Franks arrived within 2 hours. Marc was very knowledgeable and understanding. Marc pin pointed the problem quickly and had the heat back on in less than an hour. I am so grateful for Dee's heating and Marc. We recently had a new furnace installed by Dee’s Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They were there within 45 minutes of my call for the initial evaluation. They walked me through all my options, helped me choose the right system for my home, and made sure I understood everything before the installation. I expected to have to wait several days for installation, especially with the recent snow and drop in temperatures, but they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning at 9am, on a weekend no less. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. The technicians arrived on time, respected my home, and had the new furnace up and running faster than I expected. The difference in comfort was immediate—my home heats evenly now, and the new unit is so much quieter and more energy-efficient than my old one. Dee’s Heating and Cooling truly goes above and beyond.
