I recently took my computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. After having it for a couple of days they told me the mother board was bad. On the advice of a friend I took it to Computer Surgeon, Inc. After a couple of days they called to tell me there was nothing wrong with the mother board. They reset a bunch of things and it's running great now. They charged me $55 which means they were able to take care of the problem within an hour. Best Buy has lost a customer and Computer Surgeon has definitely gained a new one!
