We are looking to buy a home for the first time and so we wanted to make sure whatever home we put an offer on would be inspected first for peace of mind and so we were aware of any repairs needed in the future. Our realtor recommended John Reim and Bee Sure and all I can say is WOW! Being a newbie homeowner I also had my father tag along, who's been in the construction industry essentially my whole life and has worked on more properties than I can count, to get even more peace of mind. Even he said he was incredibly impressed with how thorough and truly knowledgeable John was and kept going on and on about him! John really went above and beyond inspecting and creating a report that was extremely in depth while also educating us on the home in question and home ownership in general in regards to building, maintenance, and more, all on a 90 degree day. He was also incredibly kind and patient and even presented our toddler with an absolutely adorable certificate proclaiming the home was also monster-free, which was such a precious touch. As the inspection finished up, we were presented with a hefty almost 100-page free book all about owning a home, taking care of it, things to look out for, and priceless education on home systems and essentially anything and everything we would need to know to keep a safe and secure home. We were also presented with a guarentee that if they missed anything on the inspection and we bought it and found something later, that they would buy it back at the full purchase price within 3 months. There was also many other fun little perks and gifts, along with a little website URL to go get some free coupons as a gift simply for using them. Although we ultimately ended up passing on the home in question, we felt confident that we made the right decision and the money was still well-spent, along with feeling much more prepared as we continued to look for a house. I simply can't recommend this inspector and company enough, and this will absolutely be who I recommend to anyone looking. Even if you already have a home, I would highly recommend paying for their services to get some peace of mind and education about how to make your home the safest and best it can be!
