I had to bring my cat, Bug, in for a recheck because she's been losing weight. Our vet tech was awesome, such gentle energy and she's really good with the animals. I asked for blood work and she suggested some too, based on the symptom profile. I'm so grateful they squeezed us in before the holiday! And labs are always expensive no matter where you go, but this clinic is *very fair* about how they charge. For example, since Bug was just in and we didn't treat her at the time, they did not charge me another exam fee! This is kind and generous and not expected, but it's still a gift and we appreciate it. Best vet clinic in Northern Ohio!
THANK YOU VERMILION VET! We recently moved here from Chicago and we took our German Shepherd Kobe who has had chronic ear infections. The DR originally did was my old vet did ( a steroid shot) but this time they recommended something different, quite a bit more expensive but my dog has had the best reaction. The next day he was back to him happy energetic self with his beautiful ears pointed up!! I am very thankful for this knowledgeable staff
Wonderful experience. I moved back to the area and needed a new vet. Dr. Jannet, Cassie, and the team were truly comforting for my dog, who is aggressive and fearful. They were thorough, caring, and great listeners when I was feeling anxious. What a relief. 10/10!
