Based on the reviews, Strittmatter Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a very professional, knowledgeable, and great organization. They are an awesome group of people who provide great service. The plumbers are efficient and professional, showing helpfulness and professionalism. They take time to walk customers through problems and work to solve them without unnecessary, costly upsells. The company has ethics and is a very good company to work with. They quickly diagnose and repair issues, such as a sewer line, a running toilet, and a broken pipe, often saving customers money. One plumber cleared an immense kitchen drain clog and installed a new dishwasher during the same appointment, showing up exactly when he said he would. They also gave tips for keeping drains clean. Customers are very pleased and will use the company again.
A big thank you to Art to take time and call me and walk me through all of the things to make sure it wasn’t the water tank. Then worked with to solve the problem. Awesome group of people great organization. Thank you so much for the help!!!!!
I can’t say enough about the helpfulness and professionalism shown to us by Scott and Don from Strittmather. Our 50-year-old half bath toilet was running nonstop and the first diagnosis was a new toilet. Then a new universal part, which was not expected to work because of the age of the toilet, was tried. Between that and a new shutoff valve, we are back in business at a fraction of the cost of a new toilet. And they even directed us to a source for vintage replacements of the original hardware on our 1908 bathtub!
Strittmather came out after a big name company quoted thousands of dollars worth of repairs on sewer line. They quickly diagnosed and repaired it without the unnecessary, costly, upsell repairs. Strittmather is a very professional, knowledgeable, and has ethics. Just another reason why I prefer to shop local! They will be getting future business from me. Paul Sevits-REALTOR
