I was in extreme pain from a broken tooth. My dentist’s office was closed. I searched Google for an emergency dentist. I was so surprised to find Neely Dental in Vandalia on the list of suggestions. I have heard so many positive comments about Neely Dental from relatives, friends, and neighbors. I called Neely Dental hoping, but not expecting to get an appointment. The receptionist was so friendly and kind. She explained Dr. Neely held an appointment time for emergency cases. I was so relieved to know that within a short time, I would get relief from the pain I was experiencing. I had not been in for a cleaning since I started having to take chemotherapy and I was a little nervous about my sensitive mouth. My hygienist listed to my concerns and did great, being extra careful with the parts of my mouth that were extra tender. She also sent me home with a toothbrush and paste that would be better than what I usually get from them.

The most friendly staff and Dr. Made me feel at ease which I never feel at the dentist. Discussed options with me giving me a cost up front. . I’m so glad they were recommended to me.
