Great Clips is a popular choice for quick and professional haircuts. Customers appreciate the skilled stylists who take the time to ensure satisfaction with every haircut. Many reviews highlight specific stylists, like Destiny, who provide exceptional service and attention to detail. The wait time is generally short, often around 5-10 minutes, making it convenient for those in a hurry. The staff is friendly and efficient, helping customers get in and out quickly while delivering exactly what they ask for. However, some customers mention the inconvenience of mask requirements at certain locations, which can be uncomfortable for younger clients. Overall, Great Clips offers reliable service for both adults and children.
I would rate 5 stars, because the service is phenomenal, the ladies are always a joy to work with and the prices are good.
What I can't abide is making the employees listen to the same CDs over and over. I understand that you can only play family friendly stuff, but there are better ways of doing that.
Instead of making your employees lose their sanity listening to the same Christina Aguilera CD 38 times a day, you should get a Spotify subscription, or even just play a local radio station.

My visit to great clips was an emergency not just for me . But I have three male teenagers that had to get hair cut also . My son and my wife normally cuts the hair in our house . Short on time and I suggested that I take them to get their hair cut . It's been several years since I had to go to a barber shop . Great clips was our only chance to get the situation done. The ladies within done a great job in a timely manner. Thank you Great Clips for a professional haircut .
