MSI Cleveland offers a wide selection of surfacing products in their impressive 55,000 sq. ft. showroom space. They feature over 450 products, including granite, quartzite, marble, and quartz countertops, as well as flooring tile and backsplash tile. The staff is professional, nice, and helpful, providing clear guidance and support. Visitors can browse the warehouse, take home samples, and even have samples shipped to their home if needed. The showroom is well organized, and the slabs are set up for easy viewing. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are eager to assist. MSI Cleveland also has a full line of products, including pavers, fire glass, and garden rocks, making it a one-stop-shop for all surfacing needs.
The ladies here were so helpful when we came in looking for samples of quartz countertops. They let us take all the time we needed looking at slabs and we took about 7 samples home to help decide what to get for countertops.
Excellent, personable, supportive customer service, watching out for my best interest! And showroom is stunning, clean, welcoming. Products are outstanding! My new countertop stone is beautiful beyond words!! Easy parking.
