I was very happy that I was able to receive my new C-Pap machine in fifteen (15) days from the time the Sleep Disorder Department of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation here in Cleveland, Ohio put in the order.
Happy with the equipment I received and with the last RT I talked to. She was patient, thorough and extremely helpful.However, I’m dissatisfied with the organization of information and lack of guidance that accompanied the equipment. There should’ve been a checklist and more thorough list of things to do and be aware of. Also, there were multiple times where I left messages and didn’t get return calls, and multiple times where the people I talked to rushed me off the phone and were not very helpful.
Apria was amazing to work with. They were efficient, kept in contact to let me know when I would receive my equipment and got it to me quicker than they said they would. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. They listened and answered my questions promptly. Thank you for making this a painless process.
