Jason was extremely personable easy to work with. I never felt pressured or anxious as I have with other sales people. The decision to purchase flooring from him was an easy one . I felt he listened to my opinion and needs. I hope the installation and follow up processes are just as pleasant.

Carolyn was our sales representative. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the flooring we were interested in. Measured our rooms, showed us different products, suggested ways to have the product installed, etc. Glad I saw 50floors on New Day Cleveland with Natalie. We made a good choice with selecting this company. Cannot wait for installation day.
