“They did a good job on the whole, and communicating and scheduling with them was seamless. We did a deep clean, which took 5 hours. It was done rather well, and the cleaning team of two people were friendly and worked hard.<br>I would say that attention to detail was a problem. While they did the oven and the refrigerator perfectly, other more simple things were neglected. For example, bedroom carpets were not vacuumed, and there were crumbs on the toaster and the baker's rack, and there was still grime around the base of the toilet. These are things that need to be addressed in a deep clean. Further, they did some cute little flourishes, such as arranging the bed linens in the shape of a bowtie. While this is cute, it doesn't feel like a great use of the cleaners' time when other details were neglected.”
