I love Ulta’s products, and this one is close to my home.Poor inventory (ALWAYS out of the most coveted items, like Chanel lip liner 164). If the product isn’t available, don’t have a tester of it out unless you are willing to sell it.Lack of testers. Testers should be available for every product. You can’t tell what it looks like from the color on the packaging.Cashiers never ask if you’d like to use your points.Salespeople don’t know the products.

Im from out of town and had to stop by due to a make up mishap on my part. Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. I wasn't able to get the name of the one that introduced me to Katelyn but huge thank you for the introduction. Katelyn is a makeup artist and hair stylist and has quick to help out. She was able to redo my eye makeup and did such a great job. I had to leave a tip. Thank you ladies so much!!

For real, ask for David. Wonderful person. I’ve always had extremely dark under eyes and as crazy as it sounds have never tried color correcter. David helped me match everything and I left feeling my so confident. Thank you again!!
