I was able to book an appointment online the same day, they also took their covid precautions very seriously. Religious disinfecting, and nail files and buffers were single use for each customer and sent home with you at the end of your appointment. Staff were all very kind. However the prices listed online are not accurate - on their website a full acrylic set is listed as $35, when I booked the appointment online it said the service would be $40, and in person I was charged $43. I did not get any extras like gel polish, so it was confusing and I wish they had their site updated to accurately reflect the pricing. Still a good deal though. I did a walk in and asked politely if they were available to do gel nails and she responded by saying that I should know all nails salons are appointment only. Mind you I haven’t been since this whole pandemic. I wasn’t aware that they werent excepting walk-ins at the moment. I had walked in with my work shirt on and received a smart as* comment on how I should know how things work since I work at a restaurant... that matter of fact, doesn’t even take appointments. Overall I just had such a rude encounter with this place and they will never receive any of my business. Terribly rude and unprofessional workers.
