The staff were so kind. Julie the medical assistant was so helpful and patient. She was amazing! The place was so clean. Only waited about 5 minutes before being seen. Would definitely recommend.
I always appreciate getting my medical needs taken care of at this walk-in urgent care when I'm sick and need a throat culture, flu test or similar. I'm especially thankful for Karen's professional and efficient help and care. More recently they got rid of, and outsourced the front desk receptionist. You speak to this person on a screen to check you in and everyone in the waiting area can hear all your information. It's also missing the personalized attention that I have previously received. Such a shame.
Would of been better but the person on the monitor was rude.Karen happened to be in the office and made everything work.
She went above and beyond to make my visit great!! Thank goodness she was a real person and could actually understand me. Nothing like face to face. Thanks again Karen. You are the best!
