Dr. Crouse and the receptionist Jennifer are a wonderful team. The doctor is a lifesaver. I was in excruciating pain ,and had nowhere to go. In times of desperation it was so convenient to be able to walk in ,and be seen by an experienced, professional chiropractor that used amazing techniques that I have not always experienced at a chiropractor office. The doctor is attentive, delightful and I appreciate how he explains what he's doing and why he is doing it. I will refer the doctor to friends and family. I hate that I'm having back problems, but I plan to be his patient for a long time.

Dr. Krause highly impressed me by being able to adjust my back with MINIMAL pressure. I live in the National Capital Area (NCA), but I came to Cleveland, Ohio for the 2026 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship held in Cleveland, Ohio. I will definitely stop past this location if in Cleveland, Ohio.
