“On February 9, 2016 a heavy snow fall caused the branches on a tree to break. The branches fell on the cable wire running from the utility pole to my house. This cable wire is attached to the masthead and the box that holds the service meter. These parts were pulled completely off and had to be re-attached by an electrician. The home owner is responsible for the repairs when this damage occurs.
