Had water in the basement. JEM came out the next day and determined the source of the issue; being a leaky plumbing fixture that went unnoticed for a short period of time. They resolved the issue in 30 minutes and all was well. Very good service, good price and very nice to work with. 100% recommended.

My first experience with Jem was awesome. From the friendly customer service on the phone to schedule them all the way until the job was completed. They got me scheduled the next day. My tech, Carson was great. He didn't do more than needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He got the job done quickly, was personable, did the job right, and answered all of my annoying questions along the way, as well as respected the cleanliness of our home. He also has great taste in music! Use them without hesitation if you need any work done. I will be using them for all future work we need at our house.

The guys were a huge help on short notice. Had an emergency late Friday night with a flooded laundry room and they were able to make it out Saturday morning to help and fixed the issue quickly
