Had water in the basement. JEM came out the next day and determined the source of the issue; being a leaky plumbing fixture that went unnoticed for a short period of time. They resolved the issue in 30 minutes and all was well. Very good service, good price and very nice to work with. 100% recommended.

I had quite a mess with backed up pipes and, through a series of phone calls and recommendations, I wound up back in my own hometown area of Uniontown at Jen plumbing. I don’t believe in coincidences so I felt very comfortable that this was the company the Lord wanted me to use. And I wasn’t mistaken. Both Aaron and Carson were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the process through which they unclogged all of my plumbing. I also had some decisions to make regarding the depth of wor I wanted done, and was on the phone for quite a while with Heather at the office. She took a great deal of time and was very patient explaining everything to me. She even put me on hold to speak to someone that had a little more knowledge of one of my questions and came back to me with the answer. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, or if you just wanna talk to some nice people!
