Second visit second perm...100% happy! Jaimie if spelled wrong I am sorry was GREAT! and I love my perm and how she did it! But what I really want to say is how impressed I was at how Miss Betty was treated!!! Miss Betty turned 100 the week before my visit, I learned when she walked in thanks to her stylist caring enough to ask how her birthday was. Her stylist Lori was so very warm, sweet and accommodating with Miss Betty. She truly cared about Miss Betty and respected her. She made sure Miss Betty was steady when she had to walk, and comfortable sitting. She showed she cared about Miss Betty and kept her engaged in great conversation. I asked for a full head of blonde foil highlights and I had a photo of a hair cut that I wanted. Kim did perfect blonde highlights and she got the hair cut that I wanted just like the picture I showed her. I had a great experience here and I will be back again, thank you Kim!Services: Haircut
