Billy was very pleasant to converse with. Very professional and he explained everything he was doing and checking. He did a very thorough job of explaining the AC parts and numbers that he was looking for when he was checking the unit after he replaced what was broken. I highly recommend Billy for any Heat/AC issues.
Had a furnace & A/C unit installed about 6 months ago and just this January 2026 I had my first service call. I'm very happy from start to finish. I would and have recommend Bonsky to my son-in-law and daughter who also bought the same as me a furnace and A/C unit. I have found the service professional, great service, staff knowledgeable and everyone I've had contact with absolutely amazing to deal with. Also everyone is so very friendly to talk with and everyone is very positive as well. Overall a great company and people to deal with. I would and have recommend Bonsky.
Tucker and Christian were excellent.
They stopped and took time to answer any questions I had during the installation. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the entire installation in seven and a half hours(air handler in attic). Instruction on the smart thermostat was clear and understandable. They said if any issues arise , they would handle it quickly. We could have not been more pleased.
