Overall, 1st Class Nails & Spa remains a trusted destination for all nail needs, with a reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
The best pedicure I’ve ever had! They really take their time and give your feet the attention they deserve. Unlike some nail salons that rush through the service, they make sure every step is done thoroughly. You truly get what you pay for here, and it’s absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This was my first time and I personally loved my experience. My fingers and toes were cut really short, but I felt like they made the best recommendations. My pedicure was super relaxing, and I feel like she took extra time making me feel comfortable. Then the nail technician who did my nails was so incredibly kind and made sure I got everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great first experience here.
This is a pretty standard nail salon, but the prices are noticeably higher than others in the area. For example, I recently went in for a simple eyebrow waxing — something that usually costs around $12, maybe $15 at the most elsewhere — and was charged $20 before tip. That’s just way too much for such a basic service.
On top of the pricing, the overall vibe isn’t very welcoming. The exterior of the building is in rough shape, and the staff isn’t exactly friendly. When you walk in, someone always yells from the back asking what you’re there for, and everyone in the salon turns to look at you. It’s uncomfortable and doesn’t feel professional.
