Last month I purchased a bouquet of flowers that were supposed to be like the bouquet already made up in the cooler. The bouquet was to be delivered to The Caroline in Troy for my daughter's birthday. The delivery was great but the bouquet was more than 1/3rd the size smaller than the one that was in the cooler. My daughter didn't know the difference and loved what she got. Needless to say my wife and I were disappointed in what we're looking at. I reflected my displeasure on their web site. I was contacted by either the manager or owner, not sure which, vowing to make it right. Make it right they did. 2 days ago I picked up an anniversary bouquet for my wife and was very pleased with what I got. Much to my surprise it was paid for. Thank you very much for your resolution to my issue. It's nice to know that our local business is more than happy to stand behind their product and service.
