Reading some of these reviews makes me sick. What people do not understand is that these are independent small family owned business businesses. As someone who administered an oral surgery practice for many years… I can tell you that the insurance company is a third-party that works for the patient. It is not up to the doctors office to know or to project what the insurance company will or will not pay. It is up to the patient to find that information. I went in and paid the $115 consult fee. I need 2 wisdom teeth removed. They wrote down $1500 on a sheet of paper and when I asked what my insurance would cover, the question was skipped past and not acknowledged at all 😆 one of the employees was very friendly, the other 2 I encountered were mostly cold and passive. I go to a dentist regularly. I’ve had 2 other wisdom teeth removed and my insurance was billed and I paid the difference. Not really comfortable with walking in there and paying $1500 and then waiting for my insurance to send me a check for an amount that I don’t even know. Weird experience all around. I’m going to be looking for other places to go
