TIPTOP NAILS & SPA (formerly KB Nails) offers a variety of nail and spa services. While some customers have had positive experiences, such as prompt service and friendly staff, others have reported inconsistent quality and poor communication. Some appointments have resulted in long wait times, and staff have been rude or argumentative. However, technicians like Nina have received praise for their quick service and ability to fit customers in for last-minute appointments. Many customers appreciate the extensive color choices available and the attention to detail in designs. Overall, the experience at TIPTOP NAILS & SPA can be hit or miss, but many customers find it to be a welcoming place for their nail and spa needs. They enjoy the accommodating service and the warm atmosphere, making it a favorite destination for regular visits.
I really enjoy getting my nails done at Tip Top nails. I’ve had services done by Nina, Jackie, and Connor. They all do a wonderful job. The shop is super clean and everyone is very professional! Nina is a talented nail artist. She can recreate any picture I show her. I highly recommend checking them out!
First time here. I’m a runner so my feet take a pounding so I head in and get a pedicure every month or two. I have gone to another place since moving to Troy, but they were not open.
So I reached out to see if they could fit me in here. They were very accommodating.
Clean, very professional and a great experience.
I’ll be back again.
I’ve been going to Nina & Jamie for a year now! I’ve referred all of my family & friends because of how well this salon is operated! It’s always a pleasant experience! My nails have never looked better & I always look forward to my appointments! <3
