Huffman is the absolute worst lawyer to have. Lawyers are supposed to work for the client, not get them double the time they would have gotten. Do not recommend at all. You need to trust your lawyer an there's not the littlest bit of trust when it comes to Huffman. Feel like he's working for the prosecutor.

Worst experiance ever! Never would amagine my defense attorney would expect me to be railroaded into doubleing of a sentence and forfiture of a vehicle that the police sent me home in. Completely blew away. This huffman has had my case for a month im going to say and we get to court and have to have his dream team ( miami counties finest) inform him of information we should have already had.You talk about trust bob i definatly dont trust you. Sir. See it in trial. Rion and rion will due!

Jennifer Walters was very difficult to get a hold of when any issue arose in my custody case. Many messages left and no return calls. Would not respond at all and refused to represent me in court until “bill” was paid in full even though I’d paid over $5,000 and was paying consistent payment for over two years. After appealing to the judge she dropped me like a bag of dirty diapers. Would not go the next step to appeals court or have anything to do with me except to collect that dollar after she lost the “for sure “ case.
