Shannon has been very attentive to every detail and concerns/issues raised. She is an excellent problem solver. Her customer service from her and her team are unbeatable. I'm something if a boomer when it comes to tech and im not sure how to update my name. However my name is John Dennison. I also have been to many staffing agencies and have been sent places with no communication between company and staffer. At Elwood that is a non issue I had a job lined up and started just days after applying. Will only use Elwood going forward!
